As for Afghanistan, it seems likely the constitution was created by a Harzai- centered platform which engaged only a certain trajectory of Afghans and not the population as a whole. The question we might be asking outselves across both Iraq and Afghanistan constsitsution creations is how Zalmay Khalilzad was involved and whether this could have been the Al Qaeda type of connection across both platforms of which John Guandolo speaks.
