KRDO NewsChannel 13 obtained security camera footage, which has been provided to police, from a nearby business that captured the moments surrounding the shooting. The surveillance video time-stamped at 5:55 p.m. Thursday shows the incident in its entirety during a protest in downtown Alamosa. The video shows about a dozen protestors were lining Main Street with signs in hand. A black truck pulls up and as the driver goes through the crosswalk. That's when a protestor reaches in their pocket and pulls out what police say is a gun. The surveillance video shows the protestor aim the object at the passenger side window of the truck. Within 11 seconds of nearing the crosswalk, the trucks comes to a halt in the middle of the intersection. Protestors immediately scatter and cars continue to drive around the stopped truck for about two and a half minutes. Video then shows the truck moving through the intersection.https //krdo com/news/2020/06/06/video-shows-moments-surrounding-alamosa-protest-shooting/Denver Channel2020/08/26 Colorado Black Round Table says weekend rioters were not Black Lives Matters protestershttps //www thedenverchannel com/news/local-news/colorado-black-round-table-says-weekend-rioters-were-not-black-lives-matters-protesters. He called recent Black Lives Matter protests "nothing but a loud profane mob coming to peoples' houses."State Sen. Warren Limmer, a Republican and the assistant majority leader, saw a group of about a dozen or more Black Lives Matter protesters demonstrate outside his house on July 18. A two-hour-long video of the encounter was posted on the Facebook page of Alpha News before going newly viral this past weekend. Limmer said that although authorities had alerted him of the planned protest and he had left his home by the time demonstrators arrived, the protests were "unnerving" to his wife and he felt bad for his neighbors, who had to deal with the protesters blocking "half the street" and the "profanity."Fox 92017/11/10 Militia group says they’re ready for civil warExcerpt: Minnesota’s militia groups are active, but their movements are almost never seen by the general public. Somewhere in the Twitter mess of not facts, Democrats were blamed for Gardner being charged, even though Kleine, a Democrat, initially decided not to file charges…When Franklin announced the indictment last week, he gave an overview of new evidence, including messages on Gardner’s phone and video from inside his bar. Since charges were filed, we expected those details to emerge in court. Now that Gardner has committed suicide, we are pressing for the grand jury report Franklin had promised if no charges were brought. We believe the city needs that transparency. Moving toward equal treatment for people of color is an important, ongoing battle supported at least in words this summer by Omaha police, the mayor, business leaders and others. Suicide by our nation’s veterans, of whom Gardner was one, is a crisis we also must address. We cannot do these things if we get sucked in by Twitter influencers who benefit from encouraging people to scream and threaten. James Scurlock and Jake Gardner carried the experiences of their very different lives onto Harney Street on the chaotic night of May 30 and got into a fight. Video shows that much without dispute. Trump is taking that campaign to Kenosha, Wisconsin, on Tuesday, where the community has been reeling from separate demonstrations related to the last month's shooting of Jacob Blake, a Black man who was shot seven times in the back in an encounter with local police. Blake is now paralyzed, family members said. Ahead of his Wisconsin trip, the president has stoked controversy by refusing to condemn the actions of a 17-year-old accused in the fatal shootings of two Kenosha protesters in the days after Blake was wounded. By Joy Pullmann.https //thefederalist com/2020/09/16/study-up-to-95-percent-of-2020-u-s-riots-are-linked-to-black-lives-matter/Excerpt: Contrary to corporate media narratives, up to 95 percent of this summer’s riots are linked to Black Lives Matter activism, according to data collected by the Armed Conflict Location and Event Data Project (ACLED). The data also show that nearly 6 percent — or more than 1 in 20 — of U.S. protests between May 26 and Sept. 5 involved rioting, looting, and similar violence, including 47 fatalities. ACLED is a nonprofit organization that tracks conflict across the globe. Its U.S. project that collected the summer protest data is supported by Princeton University. The project’s spreadsheet collating tens of thousands of data points documents 12,045 incidents of U.S. civil unrest from May 26, 2020 to Sept. 5, 2020. But the activists spearheading unlikely assemblies in rural and conservative corners of the country have faced fierce online backlash and armed intimidation, which in some places is unfolding with the apparent support of local law enforcement.https //www washingtonpost com/national/as-protests-spread-to-small-town-america-militia-groups-respond-with-online-threats-and-armed-intimidation/2020/06/18/75c4655e-b0a1-11ea-8f56-63f38c990077_story htmlCOMMENTSNote from PF: Abusively Accumulative Protests means that the Black Lives Matter movement was particularly excessive in its hammering of cities and towns of a particular state. Oregon is one such abused state. Minnesota of course is another, as it is the home of the George Floyd event. The protests have made their point way back when already, people understand the message. However, behind the overt messages are a whole slew of other things going on, including extremely planned and orchestrated anti-American warfare by several bodies. Some people doing the bad things to America are black power players from other countries, Islamic groups, illegal aliens of various sorts. Black/Brown/LGBT Surround SoundAs indicated elsewhere, there are signs of lying, coverups, bullying, bribing, extortion, disappearing people and things, and murders in a zone of influence referred to here as black/brown/LGBT surround sound, so watch for antics like: everyone or many who surround the case or issue are black. Police chiefs, black attorneys/special prosecutors, black media writers and TV news anchors, black attorney generals, black judges, black senators who are also attorneys, etc. Pay attention to when they came in and how. Then watch for white leftist (often LGBT), Hispanic/Latino/Chicano news writers/anchors and more. Watch for corrupt or corrupted businesses providing the video footage. Watch for switch-ins where a white person is put in place and blamed instead of a black person who actually did the bad deed. If whites are guilty, so be it, but do watch for such antics and be prepared to investigate. Also watch for white cops in custody being mistreated to downright abused; they might even be in serious danger. If Black or other Muslims are in charge of the case against the white police officer or other white person, watch for the type of abuse found in Middle Eastern or Black tyrannical nations. Such abuse could include physical and sexual abuse, including torture. This could be going on behind the scenes. As also indicated elsewhere several of the white-on-black cases probably need to be re-investigated and perhaps even re-tried posthumously or otherwise. It might require a special issue-specific program to be able to re-enter these cases into the criminal investigative and judicial forum.Communists in government: the few notes by state of politicians might be dated, but at least show a historical trend of politicians with leftist orientations.Updates 2023/02/27; 2021/09/18 excess bolds cleared; 2020/10/20 Nebraska material added about black prosecutor and attorney on the Scurlock defense team in the Gardner/Scurlock case in Omaha.2020/10/16 Kansas City (Missouri and Kansas)added and Portland/Kenosha article on Justice Dept looking into BLM leaders and funders ; 2020/10/06 Nebraska added; 2020/10/05 Minnesota-Law Enforcement Today article about reduced support for BLM because of destruction, etc.; 2020/10/03-04 Lansing Michigan added, more added to Wisconsin. 2020/09/29 several things added incl. A Magic of a Good MixSongs from around the world depict a unifying aspect. Music is a universal language. As such, let us have a lingua franca, a cosmopolitan approach in the public domain, a way to conduct affairs and communicate so basic rights and needs shared by all humans are addressed. It is a way to get along with each other despite differences. But at the end of the day, we are able to go home and bask peacefully in our individuality and culture. The American system is that unifying approach. We need to be in synchronized agreement on certain key issues. Many of us have a “true” red-white-and-blue America in our hearts and preferences, but the nation has many types vying for dominance. Terrorist-cartel, Communist Chinese, Radical Islam, Marxist, East European neo-Soviet style takeovers or radical religious control are not options. See a Magic of a Good MixMusic from Around the World
