As time moved on, Bryan Kobherger was arrested and placed in custody. A separate section (10b) was created to reflect that development. The United States policing and judicial-arrest system, as well as the media and tips system, seem to have done a great job, without our knowing the particulars. There might have been (and still are) some problems or issues along the way, but I feel the policing groups involved were likely self-assessing, kept learning while being responsive and were open to ideas by seeking tips. We will likely learn more later about what was off and what was done right. This is a complex case. Bryan Kohberger is at once complex yet perhaps also crudely simple. The police indicated early on that he was messy at the crime scene. He allegedly had issues with having been bullied as well as bullying, a vegetarian food obsessive compulsive disorder (or at least rigidity and attention to small details) about not eating meat including not using pans which cooked meat; at least some felt he was awkward around people; a need to sound educatedly complex, smart enough to get into a crimonology doctoral degree program, interests and degrees in psychology and criminal justice, reported as interested in becoming a cop. Reached out to prison inmates in doing a college study on what they thought and felt throughout their crimes.TIP LINEThe University of Idaho investigation's tip line can be reached at 208-883-7180BACKGROUNDBackground: On November 13, 2022 officers with the Moscow Police Department discovered four University of Idaho students dead in their off-campus residence. There were two surviving roommates, and police do not believe they were involved in the crime. Police have not identified the caller, but Chief James Fry said Sunday that they were not the killer. On Sunday evening following the news conference, the Moscow police issued an updated news release that said the two surviving roommates "summoned friends to the residence because they believed one of the second-floor victims had passed out and was not waking up. At 11:58 a.m., a 911 call requested aid for an unconscious person. ... Multiple people talked with the 911 dispatcher before a Moscow Police officer arrived at the location. Officers entered the residence and found the four victims on the second and third floors." The updated news release also said that none of the people who were at the house when the 911 call was placed is involved in the murder.Adam[possibly “Maddie”? later input: it does sound like Adam. Reporter Brian Entin, who works for NewsNation, did a 15-minute livestream from outside the crime scene, which remains sealed off with police tape around the perimeter. Entin answered questions messaged to him by viewers and confirmed the presence of the ladder, which he showed on camera during his stream on Monday night. "Some of you asked me about the ladder," Entin said. "Yeah. There is a ladder... There is a ladder on the other side of the house that has been there since the beginning, which is kind of interesting." He walked around through the snow that has now blanketed the street, so that he could film the metal ladder, which was shown propped against the side of the house exposed to the elements. Other photos taken at the scene suggested the equipment was a stepladder, that looked to measure around 6 feet tall or so.It is unclear whether the ladder was there before the students were murdered, and if so, whether it has been analyzed for forensic evidence, or whether it was placed there after the bodies had been discovered and is therefore not part of the investigation.A YouTuber hosting a show about the murders took a call from a viewer who said she had felt compelled to report the ladder to the FBI. The unnamed woman told the host, known as iCkEdMeL, that she had "been trying to get somebody's attention."The caller added: "I've even called the FBI and let them know what I've seen. I've noticed, I don't know if you've noticed, that, in all of the photographs of that house, it's a ladder that is on the right-side of the house. And it's been there since day one of the murders."And I have not seen the police or no-one doing anything with that ladder to check for evidence or anything. So, please, look at the house... It's possible they could have used that ladder to get up on to the third floor."The host seemed unconvinced and replied that the ladder was "really small," so was unlikely to have been used in that way.https://www.msn.com/en-us/news/crime/ladder-outside-idaho-student-murder-home-reported-to-fbi/ar-AA15er4uTrash Can Search - Catchup for original trash misshttps://meaww.com/is-idaho-varsity-murder-probe-botched-cops-may-have-missed-crucial-clue-to-finding-murder-weaponGrub Truck - Grub Wandering KitchenMeawwdot com2022/11/18 Who owns Grub Truck? Joseph Woodall's video key in timeline of University of Idaho massacre. By Anjana PVhttps://meaww.com/who-owns-grub-truck-joseph-woodalls-video-evidence-key-in-setting-university-of-idaho-students Excerpt: The livestream of the late-night food truck, Grub Truck, indicated the final hangout of two University of Idaho massacre victims, Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves, as they ordered $10 worth of carbonara from Grub Truckers and waited about 10 minutes for their food. The video is key evidence in setting the correct timeline of the attack. Joseph Woodall, 26, who manages the food truck, claimed that the duo appeared to have been there between 1.30 am and 1.40 am, reported NBC. Meanwhile, the girls appeared to walk toward the truck from the other side of the street when they arrived. However, the duo was later on joined by a mystery man. Around 1.53 am, the girls were seen walking away in one direction, leaving the young man speaking with others at the truck, reported Daily Mail. While speaking of the mystery man, one of the victims, Kaylee Goncalves’ sister Alivea said, “Yeah, I think a lot of people were curious about that person, We were able to identify him and as far as I know he has cooperated with the police. The teens were stopped about one-tenth of a mile from the rental home at 1122 King Road, where Madison Mogen, 21, her best friend Kaylee Goncalves, 21, Ethan Chapin, 20, and his girlfriend Xana Kernodle, 20, were brutally stabbed to death between 3 a.m. and 4 a.m. Body cam footage https://www.foxnews.com/video/6316837945112--body cam footage First Floor has hard time hearing other floors per past tenantFox2022/12 Idaho murders: Former first floor tenant of Moscow home says he couldn't hear activity from other floorsFour students were killed on the second and third floors of the house in November, while two others on the first floor survivedhttps://www.foxnews.com/us/idaho-murders-former-first-floor-tenant-moscow-home-says-he-couldnt-hear-activity-other-floorsFriends called before 911 call was madeMoscow Pullman Daily News via Yahoo2022/11/21 Moscow murders: Surviving roommates first summoned friends, then 911 was calledAnthony Kuipers, Moscow-Pullman Daily News, Moscow, Idahohttps://www.yahoo.com/news/moscow-murders-surviving-roommates-first-141600019.htmlExcerpt: Anthony Kuipers, Moscow-Pullman Daily News, Moscow, IdahoInvestigators involved in the Nov. 13 quadruple homicide case in Moscow have ruled out the 911 caller as the murderer, but have not divulged the identity of the caller. Officials from the Moscow Police Department, the University of Idaho and Idaho State Police held a news conference Sunday about the investigation into the stabbing deaths of UI students Ethan Chapin, Xana Kernodle, Madison Mogen and Kaylee Goncalves at a King Road residence. On Saturday, the Moscow Police Department said in a statement that the 911 call made just before noon Nov. 13 came from a surviving roommate's cellphone inside the house. Officers entered the residence and found the four victims on the second and third floors." The updated news release also said that none of the people who were at the house when the 911 call was placed is involved in the murder. Fry indicated that a male who received several phone calls from Mogen and Goncalves in the early morning hours of Nov. 13 isn't a suspect. "Everything that we've taken from those calls, we've followed up on, we've cleared, and we believe there's no connection there," he said. In a previous news release, the police stated the male who drove Mogen and Goncalves to the King Road residence that morning is not a suspect. The male who was seen in surveillance footage of the Grub Truck on Main Street standing near Goncalves and Mogen a few hours before they were killed was also ruled out as a suspect. Another new detail Fry shared is that other friends of the victims were at the King Road residence around the time the 911 call was made, but could not say when or how many. It was reiterated during Sunday's news conference that no suspects have been arrested and no murder weapon has been found. An autopsy determined that all four students were stabbed to death.Ride HomeCabbieNew York Post2022/12/23 Cabbie who drove slain Idaho students home said they were ‘excited’ to go home and eat pasta.
