The Territory of New Mexico
was an organized
incorporated territory of the
United States from
September 9, 1850 until
January 6, 1912. It was
created from the U.S.
provisional government of
New Mexico, as a result of
Nuevo México becoming part
of the American frontier after
the Treaty of Guadalupe
Hidalgo. It existed with
varying boundaries until the
territory was admitted to the
Union as the U.S. state of
New Mexico. This jurisdiction
was an organized,
incorporated territory of the
US for nearly 62 years, the
longest period of any territory
in the contiguous United
States.

Governor Edmund G. Ross on
February

The issue is not individual minorities or immigrants. It is mass-scalle illegal
immigration. It is when American citizens and immigrants together collaborate
against white Americans. It is when DEI programs and approaches which
deliberately keep white Americans, including those with especially fair skin and
blue eyes in combination with traditional American culture, often referred to by
Hispanics or Latinos as Anglos )not meant negatively in this context), from the
workforce, and when they give reduced, fake, dishonest or otherwise lesser
services to whites from jobs they occupy in the U.S. It is when they turf a job
location.

Personal Input on S.Carolina, the taint, blight and criminality of slavery,
weaving in and out of the Cherokee world, later Civil War connections, etc.
It appears some of my own ancestors (Butlers) fought in South Carolina during
the American Revolution on the American side.
Another side of the family (Hyatts) also appear to have fought in the American
Revolution for the Americans of Maryland.
The Butler side’s working for the Revolution seems already proven through
Daughters of American Rev.olution records.
Early American ancestors being linked to slavery seems possible, not only with
the Butlers, but also with the Wynns in Iuka, Mississippi. I am focusing more on
this later in life.
When I realized the Butlers had a southern connection that went way back in this
country’s history, I started seeing a repeated pattern of southern ties in both of
my parents’ sides of the family
Aside from the modern era’s stereotypes of descendants of slaveholders (I don’t
know if my South Carolina ancestors actually were slaveholders, I consider it likely
or possible, but feel extended relatives were likely so), there are also Cherokee
connections that I want to be studied in more depth.
The Butlers in the South might have fought against (and at times with) the
Cherokees. The later Butlers helped take them to Oklahoma Indian Country and
manage them there on reservations it seems.
Hyatts on my grandmother’s side (father’s mothers father)were part Cherokee.
My grandmother’s Hyatt father was from Louisiana, another southern state, and
my grandmother exhibited black racist language in the home and anger over the
Confederate side losing.
My father has exhibted a flash of language going back to youth of pro-
Confederate language, his father and grandfather were pro-Confederate in his
youth, and his grandfather fought for the Conf. Army (and was injured several
times) in the CIvil War. these southern connections did not show up in my
childhood with certainty until I started doing research and asking questions and
listening better to my father. Most of the grandparents with more information
are gone.
Am I a racist because I have southern roots? NO. I always took the Union style of
approach to slavery and racism most of my life. It was the far left DEI thing that
shifted me to a selfp-protective position, along with some personal experiences
with various minorities over the years. To use the argument that I likely had
slave-owing families with a southern racist background is not an accurate
description of my proclivities. I think slavery is and was terrible. It’s a stink on any
family line and also American history. It is degrading for both the slaves and the
slaveholders. I have always sympathized with the slaves. I felt they needed to be
freed, and still do. I do understand the many ways things were not fair for blacks
even after Emancipation and being given the right to vote. I do understad the
hypocrisy and double-sstandards. I am aware my great-uncle fought in the Army
with Jim Crows still very much around. He mentions some of it in a letter or so. I
also read about the divided off Tuskogee Aiermen. Blacks being put at the back
of school buses, not allowed to go to white schools, etc. But I don’t agree with
enless reparations and holding grudges against all whites today for these past
istakes of some - not all - of our American ancestors or American people, if they
were not our direct ancestors. The blame games and redirected focus needs to
stop. The anger over racism and slavery, and being put in Reservations, etc. gives
too many people self-permission to do terrible things over and over in the name
of retribution and resistance or even rebellion. It encourages violence and
vandalism, not pulling out of your own mess (because whites are to blame), etc.,
etc. People who get in that indset are living in constant negative dramas and
excuses for bad behavior. I became anti-DEI because this ugly behaviThere is a
slave-holding Pierce Butler who might be related to the less prominent Butlers
who fought near Edgefield a father and son who died, a more direct ancestor, a
brother, who susrvived. There is an old connection with Cherokees that pops up
later in Oklahoma and on the Maryland descendant

South Carolina and its citizens played a crucial role in determining the course of
the American Revolution—taking a leading role in events ranging from
controversies late in the Colonial Period through the signing of the Treaty of Paris
in 1783 that brought the conflict to an official close.
In March 1776, over three months before the signing of the Declaration of
Independence, South Carolina became the second colony to draft a state
constitution and elected a president as chief executive. In June 1776 one of the
defining battles of the early war took place on the South Carolina coast when
revolutionary forces under the command of William Moultrie (1730–1805) defeated
a combined British naval and amphibious assault at the Battle of Sullivan’s Island.
After renewed assaults, Charleston fell to British forces in 1780 and provided a
base of operations to launch a “Southern Strategy” to bring southern states back
into the empire after a series of stalemates in the north. This British strategy was foiled by sustained guerrilla
campaigns led by partisans in the South Carolina Backcountry including Thomas Sumter (1734–1832) and Francis
Marion (1732–1795). The personal papers of Moultrie, Sumter, and Marion held by the South Caroliniana Library are
all part of this digital collection.
South Carolina was represented politically on the national and international level by men like Henry Laurens
(1724–1792). A native of Charleston and a merchant, planter, and slave trader, Laurens was one of the wealthiest
men in the colonies when independence from Britain was declared. After becoming the President of the
Provincial Congress and Council of Safety in 1775, he was the de facto chief executive of South Carolina before the
adoption of the state constitution of 1776. He was then appointed Vice President of South Carolina, a post he held
until being elected as a delegate to the Continental Congress in 1777. He would represent South Carolina in that
body until October 1779, and as the body’s president from November 1777 to December 1778. He was appointed as
a diplomat to Holland in October 1779 but was captured by a British warship on the Atlantic Ocean in September
1780 and imprisoned in the Tower of London from October 1780 to December 1781. After his release he was made a
member of the commission (along with Benjamin Franklin, John Adams, and John Jay) to negotiate a final peace
with Britain to end the war. Though many of Laurens’s papers were published in the sixteen-volume Papers of
Henry Laurens, this collection contains all his personal, political, and business papers held by the South
Caroliniana Library–including as of yet unpublished material.

June 30 Update on Kohberger Trial
USA Today
2025/06/28 Bryan Kohberger's 'alternate perpetrator' defense rejected by judge in murder case
Story by Jeanine Santucci, USA TODAY •
The man accused of killing four Idaho college students in 2022 was dealt a blow in court when a judge ruled
his defense can't point fingers at other potential suspects because there is no evidence of their connection
to the crime. Bryan Kohberger, 30, and his defense team may not pursue what's known in the state of Idaho
as an "alternate perpetrator" defense by suggesting four other people could be behind the stabbings, a
judge ruled on June 26.

Clash; Carl DeMaio on the roots of LA Riots; Desmond on Mexico Sewage - recent video and comments on state of
emergency
The Great Value of First Responders
Across the board, in any policing, federal national security, sheriff’s and medical emergency department, first
responders come to the scene first when that heart-wrenching crisis call or notice comes in.
They are frequently the difference between life and death.
They might or might not receive adequate credit and appreciation for this cutting-edge work, where injured,
traumatized and near-death persons are on the edge of a precipice between life and death. Beyond this, there are
those who, regardless of help will have life-long injuries. The luckiest ones are those who find their injuries are
those that will heal sooner thanks to the help of immediate medical attention by first responders. A potentially
worse thing is made better in each case.
Beyond the physical, first responders are also often the ones who bring in hope, nurturing and calming
techniques, by turning terror and panic into a more rational space. At that point, scared and hurt members of the
public now become patients awaiting professional medical experts to do their business. This bring a sense of
order.
First responders often bring egalitarianism to the situation. Regardless of social or financial status, gender or race
or age, here before them is an injured human being, someone who just needs help, right now, at this moment.
Time and again, these first responders pick themselves up, their vehicles and teams and go do it again, again and
again…the great menders and fixers.

Carl DeMaio on how hostile groups are cooperating in creating LA Riots
Terrilyn - Heads up: For the last 72 hours, our DOGE CA team has been working overtime to pull and provide the
media with financial records of the groups involved in inciting the violent riots in Los Angeles. I’m providing just
an example of what we uncovered below – but we urgently need your help to EXPOSE THE MONEY behind this
violence!
Contribute Securely: Support “DOGE” California to Expose Funding for LA Riots
TAXPAYER FUNDS BEING USED: We have been compiling evidence on groups that have been actively involved in
the LA riots – and we’ve identified more than a dozen groups that receive YOUR STATE TAX DOLLARS as being
behind the mayhem on the streets. One group – the Coalition for Humane Immigrant Rights Los Angeles (CHIRLA)
– has received over $34 million in state taxpayer funds in the last year alone!
ANTI-ICE HOTLINES: Left-wing groups receiving state taxpayer funds operate “hotlines” that people can call to
report where they see any ICE activity. We believe these hotlines have been used to direct violent agitators to
those locations.
ORGANIZING PROTESTS - INCITING RIOTS: Left-wing groups receiving state taxpayer funds have also helped
organize protests using their paid staff and have used incendiary rhetoric to whip up protesters using their official
social media accounts.

The Tijuana Sewage Crisis: America’s Forgotten Environmental Disaster
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=skCJ4yDvCIQ
Comments from a recent newsletter:
At our Board of Supervisors meeting this Tuesday, June 3rd, I'm calling for action to finally stop Mexico's sewage
crisis from harming our residents and our Navy SEALs.
Let's be clear: this is a public health emergency.
On Memorial Day, Coronado's beaches were closed because of toxic sewage from Mexico. Our families, veterans,
and Navy SEALs are getting sick from contaminated water. And while Mexico drags its feet, we keep paying the
price.
That's why I'm introducing a resolution demanding stronger federal action—now. We can't afford to wait any
longer.
Here's what we're doing:
✅ Calling on SANDAG to pursue toll revenue from Mexico to offset the environmental damage they've caused.
✅ Demanding Congress consider trade restrictions, water export limitations, and flow diversions in severe cases
where Mexico's pollution threatens public health.
✅ Declaring a continued state of emergency in San Diego County over the Tijuana River pollution crisis—joining
Imperial Beach, Coronado, Chula Vista, and San Diego in this urgent call for action.
✅ Urging the President to issue an Executive Order directing immediate action from the EPA, State Department,
and Navy.
✅ Calling on the Governor of California and the President to declare a state of emergency over the Tijuana River
pollution crisis.
This is how we stand up for the health of our residents, protect our economy, and fight for clean, safe beaches.
We've waited long enough.
On Tuesday, I urge my colleagues to join me in adopting this resolution—and demanding bold, immediate federal
action to hold Mexico accountable and end this crisis once and for all.
Let's get this done—together.

June 8 Police Factor not leaving; Medical world to be priority; Sen. Blackburn-TN on need for ejecting criminal
aliens
Police Factor will be staying up, no hiatus.
Medical world to be priority
I would like Republicans and moderates of any political persuasion to start focusing on the crisis in American
medicine.
Think of it as the entire medical world including a variety of categories linked to one another. Make American
medicine your number one, top-of-mind priority , no matter what.
One place to start is the health insurance companies. We need to make sure they work for us, not the other way
around, and that how they think and operate is for Americans as Americans.
We need to expand and deepen, revivify and clean out departments related to professional medical oversight. We
need to re-empower and cultivate third party evaluators who are experts in each medical category, and who are
truly separate (no conflict of interet) objective, honest and fair. These oversight teams need to come in and check
large American medical systems (often ubiquitous or almost monopolies, ie, you see their name everywhere)
including their branches, urgent care clinics, hospital organizations, private doctor group enterprises, alternative
enterprises, and more.

Under the Biden administration, the American people suffered from four years of open borders, rampant crime,
and lawlessness. This week, I introduced two bills to expedite the removal of criminal illegal aliens and fight back
against Democrats who are trying to dox federal law enforcement agents with the intent to obstruct the Trump
administration’s work to get criminals out of our communities. I spoke on the Senate Floor about Nashville Mayor
Freddie O’Connell and his office doxxing federal law enforcement officers, which provided criminal gangs with
information to target these officers and their families. I also sent a letter urging Attorney General Pam Bondi to
investigate the dangerous actions of the mayor and his office. Mayor O’Connell isn’t alone. The Democrat mayors
of Chicago and Boston are undermining federal law enforcement by repeatedly stating that their police
departments will not cooperate with ICE, and House Democrat Leader Hakeem Jeffries also threatened to dox ICE
agents. Watch my floor speech here, and read more about my new bills below.
June 6
I think the following should be priorities to focus on immediately:
Reverse-discrimination in the entire U.S. medical world, across all platforms. This includes DEI platforms and
minority-immigrant dominance as planned, coordinated takeovers. It can include treatment centers designated
by the National Cancer Institute (NCI) that are advertising on their websites to the public they are focused on
equity and marginalized populations (which can include Mexican nationals and people who straddle the U.S. -
Mexico border). It can include Pfizer (watch the DEI language on their website). Watch for Middle Easterners and
Mexicans cooperating in takeovers of the American system in a way to drive and keep out traditional white
Americans across both medical and other platforms. It can include Catholic and Muslim propriety as well as the
liberal-minority stance in an intertwining manner.
An example is Immigrants in conjunction with American minorities take over a location, department or categorical
entity (like an American medicinal org) and then turn around and distribute services to the original white
Americans as if they are second class citizens and strangers in their own country. It is a type of elitism , like they
are doing you a favor even if it is what they are supposed to do is based on the old standard American job
description. It’s like they tell themselves they are stepping out of line to do something nice to you as a white, or
going against the flow of hostility at that clinic toward whites by being a little better (albeit often begrudgingly).
Also like they are trying to get whites to show respect and be humble with them in an artificially controlling
manner. And putting up signs in a specialist doctor’s office like “Zero Tolerance for negative behavor” which in my
opinion is an extension of DEI mentalities and approaches for controlling American-style free speech.
Or cutting you off completely from the medical group (terminating you) if you keep complaining and making
comments about their coordinated or individualized reverse-racism, a clinic that is hiring mostly to only Hispanics
and Middle Easterners and minority mixes and deliberately not including white Americans on the staff, and you
feel there is an undercurrent to overt reverse-racist behavior in their approach and communication with you as the
patient.
You also feel you are not getting the best medicine, like it is canned and mediocre and dated, not cutting edge,
not responsive or reflective of new advances, too conservative in the wrong way.
Or they use your own verbal cues (or their interpretation of it) to tilt a diagnosis regardless of facts, or falsifying or
exaggerating a diagnosis to get “medicine business money” out of you, and referring you to their buddies in a
network of co-conspirators.
Also no place to turn to for help, ethics violations checks, concerns about reverse-racism, unfair practices, etc.
because the overseers are also Hispanic or among the minority/immigrant cliques causing the problem. They all
share the same world view and approach and cannot see anything wrong in their behavior and deny that reverse-
racism exists or is occurring at that location. Gaslighting and denial, as well as retaliation, are very common
responses by these Hispanic/Middle Eastern/minority and LGBTq groups cooperating with one another. The
immigrants cooperating with this minority preference space are bringing bad cultural habits from their home
countries and personal localized upbringing on top of this globally driven DEI program, making things even
worse.
This seems to be an extension of third world country and totalitarian world approaches the immigrants are
bringing with them into these medical clinics. It also can include resentment or watchfulness surrounding the
idea of whether whites and Americans might receive any extra beneifts or take care of themselves too well,
according to their sensitivities, they want you to have less and resent any signs you might have or get more, they
might interfere with your medical care for these biased and petty reasons. It’s a group cultural problem being
directed at whites and it is not something most traditional Americans understand or have run into, so they do not
know how to defend themselves. It is hard for many white Americans to believe anyone would act or think like
this in a clinic on American grounds. You can be slighted in a number of ways like over your age and gender, as
well as your race, like thinking since you are older, you are not as important as younger people, or since you are
single and unmarried, no one will know if you are treated badly or unfairly, or if you show signs of ignorance in
some way, you can be easily fooled.
Considering both a black Muslim, pro-minority, liberal sector as well as a strange Latino-religious entity (likely a
racial mixture) across dividing lines in terms of to what happened at the Jan. 6 United States Capitol event.
Also consider a separate radical Jewish-Israeli group that could be responsible for (or partaking of, or contributing
to) false flag events in the U.S., Israel and perhaps elsewhere.
Examples of the first would be a conspiracy at the Jan 6 event linking black Muslims as well as white liberal
security to black local and regional political leaders in the area during the Jan 6 event.
Example of the third would be a sinister, darkly misaligned Jewish-Israeli group creating major false flag events
using Machiavvellian attacks against both their own people as well as the United States to further private agendas,
probably nominally in the interests of Jews and Iraelis. Even the good guy Jews could be hooked up with this
more sinister group through blood lines, political interests, religious ethnic connections, etc.
I feel this group might have an odd group psychology over the Holocaust, might use their own people as rubbish
to fry as a form of projected group self-hatred and low self-esteem and shaming to create world events to justify
taking the next violent lvel in the name of Israel or vindictiveness over the Holocaust. It might include feelings of
suppressed guilt on certain things in their combined history.
In terms of the second, I feel we need to consider older Nicaragua and El Salvador connections, Reagan era, CIA,
etc. and maybe modern offspring from that period.
